About
On the 45th floor of the I-Link Town tower beside the station, the observation deck looks west across the Edogawa river to the full Tokyo skyline. Tokyo Skytree stands front and centre, Mount Fuji appears on crisp winter days, and the trains of the Sobu Line cut through the foreground. Sunset and the blue hour after are the best times, when the city lights come on behind the river.
