About
Harbor View Park sits on the Yamate Bluff, where foreign merchants lived from the 1860s. Its observation terrace looks down on the port, the Yokohama Bay Bridge and the Minato Mirai skyline. The English rose garden is at its best in May and October. The British House and the Kanagawa Museum of Modern Literature are in the park.
