Opened in 2012 opposite GINZA SIX, UNIQLO Ginza fills a glass tower with 12 floors of LifeWear: the full men's, women's and kids' ranges in every size and colour, a UT floor of graphic T-shirts featuring anime, manga, museums and artists, and service counters for alterations and personalisation. The scale means far better stock than branch stores, and it's a good place to pick up Japan-exclusive collaborations. Two blocks north, UNIQLO TOKYO in Marronnier Gate Ginza 2 is the brand's other big Ginza flagship, with a flower shop and café, so fans can do both in an hour.

• Tax-free with your passport on ¥5,000+ per store per day; from 1 Nov 2026 you pay the 10% tax at the till and reclaim it at airport customs, so keep purchases in your carry-on
