About

Mixology Salon is the Ginza flagship of Shuzo Nagumo's Spirits & Sharing group, and its 'teatails' made tea cocktails a Tokyo trend. Every drink is based on house tea-infused spirits, from hojicha-infused bourbon and buckwheat-tea vodka to oolong rum and sencha gin, and the best way in is a tea course of three to five drinks built around one tea, such as gyokuro served in several infusions. The eight-seat counter sits on the restaurant floor of Ginza Six, open from 13:00, making it one of the few serious cocktail bars you can visit in daylight after shopping.
