When every large coin locker on the Yaesu side is already taken (common by mid-morning), this staffed counter run by JR East Logistics (JR東日本物流) is the reliable fallback. It sits outside the ticket gates at the Yaesu South Exit, close to the highway bus stops and the Shinkansen south entrance, so it works whether you arrived by train, airport limousine or overnight bus. Staff tag each bag and hand you a claim ticket; pricing is per item by the total of length + width + height, so a regular 28-inch suitcase is size M. Bags can be left for multiple days (up to 30 days at Tokyo Station), but on any given day you must collect before closing time. Spaces can also be pre-booked through the ecbo cloak app, where JR station counters are listed at a flat rate.
