About

Donguri Kyowakoku (Acorn Republic) is Ghibli's official merchandise chain, and the Tokyo Station branch is the most convenient for visitors. Expect beautifully made plush Totoros in every size, No-Face piggy banks, Kiki's Jiji, Calcifer lamps, tenugui cloths, jigsaws and music boxes that play the film scores. Stock is broader than the Ghibli Museum's gift shop (which only museum ticket holders can visit), and there's no queue to get in. A big Totoro by the entrance is the requisite photo.
