About

The official tourist center for Chuo City (Ginza, Nihonbashi, Tsukiji, Tsukishima) occupies part of 1F and the basement of Kyobashi Edogrand, with an interior that mixes traditional Japanese craft and modern design. Staff in Japanese, English and Chinese advise on the whole ward, and services are unusually broad: SIM cards, pocket Wi-Fi rental, baggage storage and delivery, rental bicycles, an ATM, free Wi-Fi, accessible toilets and a nursing room. Large-text displays and digital maps show weather, transit and event information, and a shop sells Chuo City specialty products and handy travel goods. It is linked to the Ginza Line's Kyobashi Station Exit 8 and is a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Station's Yaesu side.
