The Ritz-Carlton occupies the top of the Midtown Tower in Roppongi, and The Bar is its dark, leather-and-wood heart, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing west toward Shinjuku and, on clear winter days, Mount Fuji. The cocktail programme, recognised on Asia's 50 Best Bars extended list for the first time in 2026, leans on Japanese botanicals and premium spirits, and the back bar is strong on Japanese whisky and cognac.
