Yasumitsu is a second-generation sushi shop in Yotsuya with an eight-seat counter and a private room. The kitchen is noted for its zuke (soy-marinated) tuna, which it also sells frozen as a seasonal mail-order rice bowl, and for crab and seafood dishes. It won Bronze in the Tabelog Award 2026.
