At Mizukami two sushi chefs, owner Yukinori Mizukami and head chef Masami Nezaki, work the counter so that guests can eat at their own speed in the spirit of Edo-era street sushi. Courses range from nigiri-only (lunch from 22,000 yen) to otsumami plus nigiri (39,000 yen). Smart-casual dress and quiet conversation are requested.
