About
Shio Soba Jiku is a calm counter in the residential streets of Takaido-Higashi, about ten minutes from Takaido station on the Inokashira Line. The focus is shio: a clear, golden soup with layered chicken and seafood flavour, seasoned so it tastes rich rather than salty, over noodles from the shops associated noodle workshop. It earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand in the 2025 Tokyo guide and sits on Tabelogs Ramen 100 list. Lunch only, eight seats, and, unusually, cards and QR payments are accepted.
