About
Senrigan is one of Tokyos most popular Jiro-inspired shops: thick noodles under a heap of bean sprouts and cabbage, thick slabs of pork, garlic and back fat, in a rich pork-and-soy soup. When asked, call out your free toppings. In summer there is a cold mazemen with garlic mayo and crisp vegetables. It is about ten minutes from Komaba-Todaimae station and fuels a lot of university students.
