Sarutahiko started as a 6-seat stand in Ebisu with the motto 'one cup of coffee to make you happy' and grew into one of Japan's leading specialty roasters. The original shop remains a snug, wood-panelled space. Order a hand drip of one of the house blends (like 'Sarutahiko Blend' or the lighter 'Tobira') or a seasonal single origin.
