About
Yamaguchi built its fame on a pure chicken soup seasoned with fragrant soy sauce: the special tori soba combines it with medium-thick straight noodles, roast loin and belly chashu and chicken wontons. The tori tsukesoba is equally popular. It held a Michelin Bib Gourmand for many years and has been on Tabelogs Ramen 100 eight years running. It is five minutes from Nishi-Waseda station and near the Toden Arakawa tram.
