About
Otake Limestone Cave runs about 300 m into the mountain below Mt. Otake and is a Tokyo-designated natural monument. Unlike larger show caves, it has narrow, low passages where visitors stoop and squeeze between formations, helped by borrowed helmets. A campsite and the Yozawa valley stream sit outside, and the cave stays cool in summer.
Highlights
