Run by Odakyu Electric Railway for international travellers, the West Exit Sightseeing Service Center sells the Hakone Freepass and Romancecar tickets and offers temporary baggage storage (max 160 cm total, 25 kg, up to 3 days). Drop-off is accepted 8:00–16:00 with pickup until 19:00, so it's well suited to a Hakone day-trip or an overnight trip where you leave your big case in Tokyo. A second Odakyu center at the South Exit accepts bags 8:00–18:30. Odakyu notes prices vary by location, confirm at the counter.
