Niboshibako ("niboshi box") is three minutes from Nishi-Eifuku station on the Inokashira Line. Its rich broth is simmered from more than six kinds of dried sardines and served with thin straight noodles, two kinds of chashu (hung-roasted and seared) and distinctive toppings of onion, lotus root and yuzu peel.
