About
Nakano City moved into its new main building north of Nakano Station in May 2024, and the 11th floor has a rooftop garden that anyone may use free of charge. It is open on weekdays during office hours and gives an open-air outlook over the Nakano area. The garden closes during weather warnings, heavy rain and winds over 15 m/s.
