About

MUJI HOTEL GINZA opened in April 2019 on the upper floors of the Muji Ginza global flagship building on Namiki-dori. The brand's 'just enough' philosophy is carried into architecture. Reclaimed materials appear throughout the public spaces, and the rooms have pale oak, cotton and linen, MUJI aroma diffusers and toiletries, and of course the furniture is for sale downstairs. Rates are a simple fixed price per room type all year round, with no seasonal surcharges. The sixth-floor reception area has a library of more than 500 design books, the Salon bar for coffee or cocktails, and the ATELIER MUJI GINZA gallery spaces. WA, the restaurant, serves regional Japanese home cooking whose menu rotates around Japan's regions. Below is the giant MUJI store, with a bakery and the MUJI Diner, so even non-guests can spend an afternoon in the building.
