About
Bigiya has served shoyu ramen made with sardines, bonito and kombu since 2009, plus a white-soy version scented with yuzu. It was listed in the Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand six years running (2015-2020) and has been a regular on the Tabelog Ramen Hyakumeiten list. Side bowls of Shizuoka shirasu rice are a popular extra.
