About
Komazawa Olympic Park hosted football, volleyball, wrestling and hockey at the 1964 Games, and its central plaza with the Olympic Memorial Tower by architect Yoshinobu Ashihara is a landmark of postwar design. Today it is Tokyos runners park, with a measured loop of about 2.1 km, cycling paths, a dog run, playgrounds and stadiums. Food festivals and events fill the central plaza on many weekends. Free.
