About
Kogesawa Bairin is one of the largest plum groves in the Takao Baigo area along the Kobotoke valley. About 700 red and white plum trees cover the slope, and during the short special opening visitors can walk among them. Outside that window the grove is closed to protect the trees, though it can be seen from the road.
