About
Kinshi Park opened in 1928 as one of the three big reconstruction parks after the 1923 earthquake. Today it is the green heart of Kinshicho, with a central lawn, cherry trees, a childrens playground, the Sumida City Gymnasium, a ball field and tennis courts, and the Olinas shopping mall right next door. The Skytree rises over the trees to the north, making it a popular hanami spot with a view. Free entry.
