Kichijoji is the jumping-off point for Inokashira Park and the Ghibli Museum (a pretty 15-minute walk). JR's lockers at the Central and Park exits, and Keio's at the Inokashira Line terminal, are the closest options. Sagawa has a Kichijoji Honcho service center for staffed storage too.
