Right next to the Keikyu ticket gates in the Terminal 3 arrival lobby, this counter is the place to buy Keikyu tickets and combination passes into central Tokyo (Keikyu runs direct to Shinagawa and through-trains onto the Toei Asakusa Line to Asakusa and beyond). Staff speak Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean and give travel and tourist information focused on the Tokyo area and airport access. The official Tokyo listing also notes an ATM and currency exchange at the counter, and it is open every day from 8:00 to 22:00.
