About

Ginza Onodera's high-end group opened this conveyor-belt shop in Omotesando to bring its fish to a wider audience, and it blew up on social media. Plates circle on the belt, but most people order freshly made pieces from the chefs or tablet: fatty tuna, sea urchin, ikura and seasonal fish of a quality far beyond chain kaiten sushi. A standing sushi bar from the same group shares the building. Expect queues at peak times, but prices remain a fraction of an omakase.
