About
Toshioka's owner trained for 12 years at the famous Takadanobaba shop Benten before opening here in 2015. Noodles are made in-house and served in clear shio or shoyu soups, or as tsukemen. It has been on the Tabelog Ramen Hyakumeiten list every year from 2019 to 2025.
