About
The centre explains how sake, shochu and awamori are made, with displays, brochures and English-speaking staff. Its tasting bar lets you compare around 50 brands from all over Japan, from daiginjo to aged and sparkling sake, at very low prices. It is a good primer before buying bottles to take home.
