About
Hanegi Park occupies a low hill between the Keio Inokashira and Odakyu lines. Its plum grove of roughly 650 trees blooms from February into early March, when the Setagaya Plum Festival brings tea ceremonies and food stalls. The Hanegi Play Park is a pioneering adventure playground where children build, dig and play with fire under supervision, and there are also tennis courts and cherry trees. Free.
