About
Yuei builds its bowls around Japanese dashi and joined the Tabelog Ramen Hyakumeiten list in 2025, two years after opening. Since April 2026 weekend and holiday seats are reservation-only through TableCheck, released one week ahead, while weekday evenings remain walk-in. Cards and IC cards are accepted.
