About
Konoki is four minutes from Ochiai station on the Tozai Line. Its chuka soba combines a rich niboshi dashi with back fat whose sweetness is kept elegantly in check, served with medium-thick noodles, generous low-temperature chashu and a soft, gooey seasoned egg. The aedama (a second serving of seasoned noodles) scented with porcini oil is a one-of-a-kind finish.
