About
2nd BASE is the sister shop of Sanpou Camera (founded 1975) in the SEEKBASE complex under the JR tracks between Akihabara and Okachimachi. It concentrates on old lenses, film cameras (mostly manual-focus SLRs and compacts) and mirrorless cameras, plus new mount adapters and lenses, with much of the stock on open shelves rather than in cases. The website shows sample photos taken with old lenses, and the shop also buys cameras.
