About

PABLO launched its runny-centred cheese tart in Osaka in 2011 and went on to open branches across Asia. The Shinsaibashi main store on the arcade is the flagship, where the large tarts are baked fresh and you can choose a 'rare' gooey or 'medium' texture. Seasonal limited tarts and PABLOmini flavours rotate every month or two, and in summer the shop serves shaved ice built from tart components. Grab one to go or sit at the small counter.
