Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street 心斎橋筋商店街
Osaka's main covered shopping arcade, running about 600 m from Nagahoribashi down to the Ebisu Bridge and the Glico sign, packed with drugstores, fashion, sweets and flagship stores.
About
Shinsaibashi-suji has been Osaka's premier shopping street for nearly 400 years. The covered arcade connects to Dotonbori at its southern end and to Daimaru Shinsaibashi and Shinsaibashi PARCO along the way. Expect global fashion chains, Japanese brands, drugstores, character shops, cheese tart and sweets stands, and the PABLO flagship. It is crowded and lively from late morning until 21:00 and stays dry in rain.
