Mitsuwaya began as a toy wholesale shop in 1935 and reopened as a hostel in 2016. It sits in an older neighborhood of temples, shrines and a covered shopping arcade between Namba and Osaka Castle, and offers mixed and female dorms plus private rooms. Reception is staffed around the clock.
