Run by an American-Japanese family, Rally's has just four beds above a small craft beer bar whose regulars are mostly locals. Karahori is an old shopping street on the former outer defenses of Osaka Castle, about 15 minutes' walk from Namba, and is good for experiencing everyday Osaka.
