HEP FIVE has been a teen and twenty-something fashion hub since 1998. The red ferris wheel on the roof is one of Umeda's symbols (its ride is separately ticketed), and giant red whale sculptures hang in the atrium. Shops focus on young Japanese fashion, accessories and character goods, including the Magical Chiikawa store and a PLAZA lifestyle shop.
