Tucked into the ground floor of Hankyu's Osaka-umeda terminal, a minutes walk from the "Osaka Station (Hotel New Hankyu)" airport limousine bus stop, this is the most convenient bag drop if you arrive by bus from KIX or Itami. Storage has no size limit and no maximum number of days, charged per item per day. In season the counter also takes bags for same-day delivery to hotels in Osaka City and Kyoto City (drop in the morning, delivered by 20:00), letting you go straight to sightseeing or hop the Hankyu Kyoto Line. Staff also sell Hankyu passes and the Kansai Thru-type tickets, and handle general tourist questions in English, Chinese and Korean.
