Weekenders is a Kyoto specialty roaster whose Tominokoji shop is a minimalist cedar-and-glass building tucked behind a small car park, a classic 'how did they find this' Kyoto discovery. It serves expertly made espresso drinks and pour-overs of light-roasted single origins, with a small bench and standing space. It is a five-minute walk from Nishiki Market, ideal for a pick-me-up before or after.
