About
Uoyoshi was founded around 1933 and mainly wholesales to restaurants, with some retail. It sells only wild seafood and no processed fish. Kyoto favorites such as tilefish, sea bream, hamo and Spanish mackerel are plentiful, and fish can be filleted on request.
