About
Founded in 1787, Tsunoki has a sake selection centered on locally brewed sake, mostly from Kyoto with some from Shiga. It also focuses on single malt whisky, buying casks from Scotland and selling the whisky under the name "Kyo". It works with breweries to have sake made for the shop.
