About
Kirari sits two minutes from Keihan Chushojima Station, the gateway to Fushimi's sake breweries and canals. It serves rich gyokai-tonkotsu tsukemen with thick noodles, plus spicy, shrimp (15 servings a day) and nori versions and a shio-tonkotsu ramen. Thoughtful touches include aprons, hair ties and a microwave to reheat the dipping soup. Lunch only and closed when sold out, it is a Tabelog Ramen 100 pick.
