About
Musashi has been running belts of sushi in Kyoto since the 1950s and its Sanjo main shop sits on the busiest downtown corner. Plates are colour-coded and inexpensive, the turnover keeps things fresh, and you can order directly from the chefs. It is not high-end sushi but is an easy, budget-friendly meal between shopping on Teramachi and Shinkyogoku.
