About

GEAR has run since 2012 in a small theatre inside the 1928 Building, a former Mainichi Newspaper office and city cultural property. Four 'Roboroid' performers and a doll tell a story through mime, breakdance, magic and juggling with projection mapping and lighting effects. Because there is no dialogue, it works for all languages, and the English website handles booking and enquiries.
