About
Kinshin was founded in Nishiki about 70 years ago and now works only in wholesale, starting at around 5 am. It supplies fresh and frozen fish and delicacies to restaurants and ryokan in Kyoto, Shiga and elsewhere. Its sweet-miso marinated sea bream is sold through online stores.
