About
Kimura dates back to the Genna era (1615-1624) and is one of the oldest shops in Nishiki. It buys in quantity for ryotei and caterers, so retail prices are reasonable. You can point at fish to have it filleted or grilled and eat at a small table, and the tuna, pickled salmon and carpaccio skewers are popular.
Highlights

Tips
- Nishiki asks visitors to eat at the stall where you bought the food, not while walking.
