About
Chinami began selling dried goods such as kombu and became a kombu and tsukudani specialist, now run by the third generation after more than 70 years. It makes traditional products with high-quality kombu and creative tsukudani such as its signature "Oyajinakase". Some recipes come from the owner's grandmother.
