Ginpukaku sells traditional Japanese knives such as sujihiki, gyuto, nakiri and yanagiba, plus sheaths and swords. It also carries traditional tin ware such as small plates, sake vessels and coasters, with pottery and matcha bowls at the back. You can handle the knives and try them out before buying.
