About
Tenrandai sits next to the top station of the retro Rokko Cable car. It is named after a visit by Emperor Showa. The terrace gives a wide panorama over Kobe, Osaka Bay and, on clear days, the Kii Peninsula. It is one of the easiest Mt. Rokko viewpoints to reach without a car and a classic night-view spot.
