Opened in 1983, Tokyo Disneyland is arguably the most polished Magic Kingdom-style park in the world. Unique highlights include Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast in the Fantasyland expansion, the trackless Pooh's Hunny Hunt, Monsters, Inc. Ride & Go Seek, the Big Hero 6 Happy Ride and the Electrical Parade Dreamlights at night. Food is a huge part of the culture, popcorn in dozens of flavours, character-shaped buns. Ticket prices are dynamic and rose in October 2026: adult 1-Day Passports now range from about ¥7,900 to ¥12,400. Free Priority Pass is being replaced by paid Premier Access, so budget extra if you want to skip lines.

• Buy dated tickets online in advance, the gate does not sell on peak days

• Arrive 45–60 minutes before opening on weekends
• Weekdays in January–February and early June are usually quietest
• There is no park hopper on standard 1-Day tickets, pick one park per day
